Monday - Thursday:  6:40 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.* (Scheduling hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm)

Friday:  6:40 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Scheduling hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm)

Saturday - we are open occasionally as needed, call for days and times 845 340-4500

*Evening hours for some exams are available for your convenience.  Please call for details.

HOLIDAY HOURS

Our office will be closed on the following days: January 1, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.  If the holiday falls on a Saturday, we will close the day before and if it falls on a Sunday we are closed the day after.  We occasionally close the Friday after Thanksgiving.  Please check our Facebook page for holiday information as well as weather-related closures.

TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Thank you for choosing River Radiology for your radiology exam.  In order to schedule your exam as efficiently as possible, please forward your email contact information by clicking on the following email link scheduling@riverradiology.com.  A member of our scheduling department will respond to you as quickly as possible.  Alternately, you may call our office at (845) 340-4500 option 2, between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

TO REQUEST A CD

If you need a CD to bring to a specialist please call our office and ask for Medical Records.  When leaving a message please state your name, date of birth, date of service and which exams you will need. Kindly allow 2 business days for us to process the request.  If you are not going to be the one picking this up please make sure the person has a note from you and a photo ID. The CD does not need to be returned to us.  PLEASE NOTE: There is no charge for the first CD but there may be a $5.00 charge for any additional discs.

FORMS

We now have some forms on the portal that can be filled out ahead of your appointment and you may be asked to fill out a few additional short forms when you arrive.  Please allow extra time for this and be sure to bring your Doctor’s script, insurance card, a photo ID and list of medications.
